NOVON
Property & lettings

Marketing for property businesses.

For independent letting agents, property managers, holiday-let operators and real estate brokers in the UK and the UAE. The portals bring you tenants and buyers. Your own website, content and follow-up are what win landlords, vendors and repeat business, and that's where NOVON comes in.

The ten-minute check

Where property websites lose enquiries.

Before we suggest anything, we look at the business the way a landlord, vendor or buyer would. These gaps come up again and again when we review property websites. You can run the same check on your own site in ten minutes.

  1. A landlord page that lists fees and stops. No valuation request, no call booking, nothing to do next. For landlords comparing agents, this is often the most important page on the site.
  2. A big promise with no next step. A headline about higher rent or less hassle, and no button or form underneath it.
  3. Empty or out-of-date listings. Area tiles showing zero properties, let-agreed homes still marked available, or a search that returns nothing.
  4. Enquiries scattered everywhere. Phone, WhatsApp, email, portal messages and social DMs, with no single place they land and no reminder when nobody replies.
  5. A slow or awkward mobile site. Most people look at property on their phone. Pages that take too long or make forms fiddly lose them.
  6. A social feed that went quiet. If the last post is months old, that's the first impression a landlord gets when they check you out.
  7. No clear local story. It isn't obvious which areas you cover, what types of property you manage or who a landlord would actually deal with.

None of these need a rebuild to fix. Several take an afternoon. We'll tell you which ones matter most for your agency on the first call.

What we build

For property businesses.

01

Landlord and vendor pages

A page that explains your service and fees clearly and ends in a valuation or call request, so landlords who are comparing agents have a reason to choose you.

Web Design & Development
02

Area and development pages

Useful pages for each area or development you cover, answering what people actually ask about it, so the right local searches can find you.

Web Design & Development
03

Enquiry follow-up automation

Every enquiry acknowledged straight away, qualified (letting or selling, property type, area, timing) and passed to the right person or your CRM, with reminders so nothing is left waiting.

AI Automation
04

Local content

Property walkthroughs, area guides, market updates and landlord tips that show you know your patch, planned as a steady calendar rather than bursts.

Boards, listings, website, social and emails that all look like the same agency, with templates your team can use.

Branding & Visual Identity
06

Paid campaigns for landlords and vendors

Targeted campaigns for valuation and landlord enquiries, switched on only once the page they land on is ready to convert.

Paid Advertising
UK & UAE

Same goal, different markets.

UK

Letting and estate agents

Tenants and buyers mostly find listings on the portals, so an agent's own website does its real work with landlords and vendors. Letting agents are required to publish their fees and redress scheme on their website, which makes the fees page one of the most visited pages on the site. It should be one of the best at converting, too. Response speed matters: landlords often contact several agents at once.

UAE

Brokers and property managers

Listings live on the big portals, and WhatsApp is usually the first channel people use, so enquiry handling has to work there as well as on the website. Audiences are international and often multilingual, and investors check a broker's own site and social before they call. A clear, credible brand and fast, organised replies do a lot of the selling.

Questions

Property FAQ.

Do you only work with letting agents?

No. NOVON works with letting agents, property managers, estate agents, holiday-let and short-let operators, and real estate brokers. The common thread is a business that wins clients through trust and fast, organised replies.

Will you replace the property portals?

No. The portals stay. We make the channels you own, meaning your website, social and follow-up, work harder, so you win more landlords, vendors and direct enquiries alongside them.

Can you work with the CRM or software we already use?

Usually, yes. We connect enquiry flows to the tools you already use where those tools allow it, and we check what's possible with your setup before quoting rather than promising it upfront.

Have you worked with property businesses before?

Property is one of NOVON's focus sectors. Our work page includes DARI, a property rental venture we built and ran ourselves, clearly labelled as an internal venture. We don't publish client results we can't back up, so on the first call we'll show you exactly what we'd change on your own site.
