Privacy Policy
This policy explains how NOVON, the creative and growth studio behind novon.agency, handles personal information shared through this website. It is short because we collect very little.
What we collect
When you book a call, the form asks for:
- your name and email address;
- a WhatsApp or phone number and a short note, if you choose to add them;
- the day and time you picked, plus your browser's time zone so the call lands at the right hour.
If you message us on WhatsApp or Instagram, we also receive whatever you send there.
Why we use it
Only to arrange the call you asked for, reply to you and, if we go on to work together, to run that project. We don't sell your details, and we don't add you to mailing lists without asking.
Who processes it
- Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type.
- Web3Forms delivers booking requests from the form to our inbox.
- WhatsApp (Meta) handles messages if you choose to contact us or confirm a booking there.
Cookies and tracking
This site doesn't use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure how fast pages load for real visitors; it sets no cookies and doesn't identify you. The site also stores one small setting in your browser's session storage so the intro animation plays only once per visit. If we add visitor analytics later, we'll update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as we need them to deal with your request and any work that follows. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including under UK and EU data protection law, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
